French Modern
A tip line that knows what it's doing.
Not the bridal French. Not the salon French. Something colder, thinner, sometimes black, sometimes white, sometimes the wrong color on purpose: a navy tip on a sheer rose, a butter-yellow tip on a cream base. French modern is the tip line as a typography choice. The width of the line is the entire decision. Too thick reads suburb. Too thin reads timid. The right line is a millimeter. People who wear french modern usually own one knife that does not need sharpening.
