Pearl
Iridescence the eye can't catch all at once.
Pearl is the most misread finish in this library. People assume it's wedding-only. Pearl is for any hand that wants to add temperature without adding a color. A pearl topcoat over bare nails is the almost-nothing of nail looks — except the almost-nothing changes color with the light. People with pearl manicures tend to look like they got the manicure two days ago, even when they got it that morning. This is intentional. Pearl ages on the hand the way good linen ages on a body — better, softer, more itself. The risk is reading bridal. The fix is anything black in the rest of the look.
